What is your return policy for resale items?
To minimize our carbon footprint, all Pre-Loved sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or does not match the description provided. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
How long does shipping take for Pre-Loved gear?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days. Since these items are often shipped from different refurbishment centers, your order may arrive in multiple packages if you purchase more than one item.

Yes! We stand by the durability of our products. Cotopaxi Pre-Loved items are covered under our lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects, though normal wear and tear from previous adventures is not covered.
