Returns & Exchanges for Cotopaxi Pre-Loved

We want you to love your gear as much as its previous owner did, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all pre-loved items in their original received condition. Please note that as these are unique secondhand pieces, we currently offer refunds to the original payment method but cannot facilitate direct size or color exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging or a durable mailer of your choice, ensuring all original Pre-Loved hangtags are still attached.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
